We have an extraordinary strength in all types of surgery across the Cambridge Biomedical Campus, ranging from innovative clinical practice to high quality research, with world class impact.
Cambridge Surgical Forum
The forum is a way of achieving further enhancement through a meaningful interaction of surgeons, involving all surgical disciplines and all types of surgeon, both academic and NHS.
Forum meetings
The proposed format of the forum meetings is face to face (or zoom equivalent during COVID-19 restrictions) to cover clinical, research and teaching/training. Specialties would be responsible for presenting one of the topics, in rotation, at each meeting.
The invitation is extended to trainees, undergraduates and colleagues from any other clinical group interested in surgical related topics.
Each meeting will be held once per term, starting at 18:00 for approximately 2 hours, with a social gathering after the summer meeting. All tickets are booked through Eventbrite.
