Clinical research in benign urological diseases is led by clinical colleagues in the Department of Urology Cambridge University Hospitals NHS trust.
Major clinical and research strengths are in reconstruction and incontinence, stone disease and surgical management of benign prostate enlargement.
The department has a strong interest in developing new devices, energy sources and materials for urological treatments. Links are breng established with STEM scientists across Cambridge and beyond to explore novel technologies to bring to bear to manage these conditions and other urological disease.
The division would be pleased to hear from scientists or industry interested in collaboration. Please email Professor Vincent J Gnanapragasam or relevant consultants on the department website.
